At Souvenirs & Co, we take great care to ensure your Parisian souvenirs arrive in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world. Below you will find all the information about our shipping methods, delivery times, rates, and return policy.

Order Dispatch

All orders are shipped every Friday. We carefully prepare each package: items are wrapped securely in oversized cartons with extra protection, with special care given to fragile products.

Our standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked delivery, delivered without a signature. If you would like a signed delivery, an additional fee applies — please contact us before placing your order.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time on the Colissimo / La Poste website.

Delivery Times

The delivery times listed below are estimates, starting from the dispatch date (Friday):

France (mainland)

5 to 7 business days — Tracked Colissimo delivery.

Europe

7 to 12 business days — Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other European countries.

United States & Canada

10 to 20 business days — Tracked delivery to all regions of the USA and Canada.

Rest of the World

10 to 20 business days — Asia, Oceania, South America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales) and due to customs procedures for deliveries outside the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal fees. They are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Free shipping on orders over €50 for mainland France!

We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order to take advantage of this offer. Unfortunately, we cannot combine two separate orders.

For international deliveries (Europe, USA, rest of the world), shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

Important: for deliveries outside the European Union (USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.), customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt of the parcel. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.

Package Tracking

Regardless of your destination country, every shipment includes online tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Colissimo / La Poste website.

Your package is shipped at your own risk. If your parcel arrives damaged, please note the damage with the carrier upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy — 14 Days

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalised, made-to-order, or perishable items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected], including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm the return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the package via tracked shipping (keep your proof of shipment).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
